Through the Structogram Assessment, you get an accurate analysis of your innate communication style and learn how to easily recognize communication styles of other people. During the training, participants will complete the Structogram Assessment that will provide accurate results on their innate, biological advantages and weaknesses, as well as their communication style.
After that, participants will learn how to recognize these characteristics among the members of their team and other people.
